Kwame J. Granderson has a multi-million dollar real estate portfolio and is a seasoned wealth building consultant that has amassed a fortune through utilizing equity as a performance vehicle to generate wealth. He has established a strong presence in the real estate community for his progressive real estate investment strategies that deal in the single family housing segment of the real estate market.
Moreover, he has created, developed, and deployed the Equinaire wealth building business system to help people who own a home, have equity, and want to use
the equity from their home to generate net wealth.

Mara has founded and served Fulcrum Financial, Inc, since 1998. Mara is responsible for developing and building relationships with an array of banks and lenders so that clients are able obtain personalized loan packages that best suit their needs.
In addition, Mara prides herself on the hard work and dedication that it took to successfully run a multi-million dollar financial firm. As an upcoming professional, Mara worked with The Walt Disney Corporation as the standing marketing
supervisor and public relations campaign Manager. She also has experience in product development with the LA Gear shoe company and had led the marketing team to produce several brands and shoe prototypes.
Mara earned her Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Political Science and International Business. She also attended UCLA and executed the course curriculum for sound engineering. She is also licensed by the State of California to practice Real Estate.
